We love BBQ. Not just the flavor, but the experience. We have created many lifetime memories with our families and friends around campfires, grills and smokers. When we BBQ...it just feels good. We want to be a part of creating memorable experiences for you through our interpretation of BBQ. We pair the right flavor of smoke with the right foods, and our rubs are packed with flavor. We select only quality proteins and ingredients and apply competition level techniques. The results... uncompromised quality and a unique menu.

Chase'N'Smoke BBQ was first started as a competition cooking team in 2017, named after their son Chase. Veteran owned and operated out of Firestone Colorado by Dan & Jacque Milam, they are looking to bring their passion for BBQ to you. Seven years ago Jacque took Dan to his first BBQ competition in Frisco, CO as a spectator. They were immediately hooked! Since then, they have grown this hobby into a business they love!
